Weisbach, Foreman, & Smith have known each other since childhood and have played together in various configurations over the decades. It seems Smit manages to penetrate that circle every decade or so, for musical excursions with Messrs. Weisbach & Foreman, and yet this marks the 1st, and certainly not the last, encounter for Smith & Smit. No more 10 year intervals-we don't have that kind of time!
